Creating a brand means more than imagining clothing or designs. It also means making choices: selecting fabrics, choosing how to produce, considering quantities and building collections intended to be worn beyond a single season.
Our approach rests on a simple belief: offer clothing people truly choose, wear and keep.
Carefully chosen fabrics
It all starts with the garment itself.
For much of our collections, we favour organic cotton, selected for its comfort, feel and the qualities it brings to our pieces.
Fabric is only part of the picture. We also value construction, finishes, drape and overall comfort in every garment we select for the RIVHEX world.
Our aim is not to multiply references simply to offer more. We prefer to build our collections gradually around pieces that fit the brand's identity.
Decorating to order
One defining choice at RIVHEX is how we produce.
Rather than systematically holding large stocks of clothing printed or embroidered in advance, much of our design work is produced to order.
The garment waits for its story.
When an order is placed, the chosen style receives its RIVHEX print or embroidery before being prepared for its new owner.
This gives us greater flexibility and limits quantities of decorated garments sitting unused in stock. Here, production to order concerns printing or embroidery; it does not mean every stage of textile manufacturing begins after your purchase.
Produce because a piece has been chosen, rather than in the hope that it will be.
The difference may be subtle for the wearer, but it matters to the way we build RIVHEX.
